Welcome to the Ms Peggie's Place blog! Each monthly posting showcases a different aspect of the miniatures world. This month our focus is on people and their food.

We have a wide variety of little people for those who enjoy accessorizing their dollhouses, room boxes and projects with 1:12 scale folks.  We carry the household line of resin figures as well as an ever changing array of porcelain, handcrafted, plastic and one of a kind dolls.  Since we accept consignments we occasionally receive antique figures as well.  We are happy to special order, too.  We also have dolls of specialized scales - just ask.

Little people need food and ours is divine!  You will quite literally find everything from soup to nuts in our food department.  If your preference is vegetarian we have a nice assortment of loose veggies, same as you will find at a farmer's market.  You can assemble these in any way you choose.  If your preference is for the already made, just take a look at our tossed salads. They are beautifully crafted and ready to serve.

You want proteins?  We've got 'em.  You'll find roast turkey, ham, salmon, and sausage and eggs for breakfast.  Special food arrangements are also here. We have lox and bagel platters, Asian take-out, pies and cakes galore, all kinds of beverages, and both kid and adult tidbits to go with them.  There is so much here that you will just have to come in to take a look and because our inventory is constantly changing, there is always something new and unexpected to be seen.

We will be exhibiting at the 40th Annual Miniature Show & Sale at the Al Bahr Shrine Center, 5440 Kearny Mesa Rd., San Diego 92111 on Saturday, February 1 from 10-5 and Sunday, February 2 from 11-4. Please stop by to say hello.
